Take the JSF28M as tooled. Change the handle colour, laser-engrave your logo, swap the box artwork. Production starts on the existing line with no tooling amortisation.

New handle shell, revised button layout, different mode logic, your brush-head geometry. We quote tooling separately and amortise it across the agreed volume.

You bring the brief and the channel; we engineer the motor, mechanism and electronics and hand you a product you can register under your own certificates.

How an OEM project runs
Brief & market
You tell us the destination market, channel, target retail price and the certification you must hold. This determines the acceptable bill of materials before anything is designed.
Quotation & tier confirmation
We quote per MOQ tier with tooling, marking and packaging broken out separately, so you can see what each decision costs.
Sample & artwork
Pre-production sample with your marking and packing, plus the spec sheet you will be ordering against.
Documentation
We assemble the document pack your customs and your QA will ask for and send the certificate copies before you pay a deposit.
Production & shipment
Mass production with in-process QC at each gate, pre-shipment inspection, then EXW, FOB or CIF as agreed.
OEM / private label
Excludes tax. Marking, custom tooling and packaging are quoted separately.
USD column is an indicative conversion at ¥7.10 = $1.00 and is not an offer. Final pricing is quoted in USD or CNY, ex-works or FOB, against your specification.
