The questions buyers actually open with
The nine questions that come up in almost every first call: minimums, logos, certificates, unit price, lead time, brush heads, waterproofing, components and payment terms.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Private-label runs start at 500 pieces for OEM terms. Corporate gift orders can be smaller — from 50 pieces — at the higher tier in the gift price table, because the setup cost is spread over fewer units.
Can you put my logo on the handle and the box?
Yes. Laser engraving or silk print on the handle, and fully custom box artwork. Marking adds ¥1 per piece according to our current price list; artwork and plate costs are quoted separately. Send vector artwork (AI or EPS) with your enquiry.
Which certificates can you provide?
We publish our business licence, three trademark certificates and a granted utility-model patent on the certifications page, as verifiable scans. For market-specific certificates — CE, UKCA, FCC, EAC, SASO, SNI — tell us the destination market and we will confirm what we supply and what your importing entity must hold, then send the document pack before you pay a deposit.
How much does one toothbrush cost?
Reference ex-works tiers are published on the pricing page. The unit price moves with quantity, colourway, brush-head count, box configuration and marking. Send the specification and we will return a firm quotation.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on quantity, customisation and whether tooling is involved, so we confirm it against your order rather than publish an average. That said, we will commit to a date in writing on the proforma invoice.
Do you manufacture the brush heads as well?
Yes. Replacement heads are covered by our class 21 trademark registration and built on the same shaft interface as the handle, so refills stay compatible across production years.
Is the toothbrush waterproof?
The JSF28M is rated IPX7. Every batch is water-tested; the standard used on our bench is a 30-minute immersion followed by a pneumatic check, as printed on the test station sign.
Can I buy only motors or components?
Yes. Micro motors and precision hardware are our original business. Component enquiries are handled separately from the toothbrush line — describe the specification and we will confirm feasibility.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed per order and confirmed on the proforma invoice before production starts. Ask us for the terms that apply to your order value and destination.
Do you have experience with EAC, SASO or SNI markets?
Our compliance work is built around Europe, the UK, North America, the EAEU, the Gulf and Southeast Asia. For each of those we can tell you the marking required, the labelling difference and which party must be the legal applicant. Tell us your market early — it changes the bill of materials.
What is the warranty?
Warranty terms are agreed per contract and stated on the invoice. Tell us the warranty you must offer your own customers and we will confirm what we can back.
How do I verify you are a real factory?
Check the unified social credit code on gsxt.gov.cn, check the trademark and patent numbers with CNIPA, and then come and visit the Dongguan plant. Third-party audits are welcome.
