JSF28M sonic-sweep electric toothbrush
Three brushing modes, three intensity levels each, IPX7 body, USB-C, two-minute timer. Our main OEM platform, in four stock colours and any Pantone you need.
Jinsifang Technology makes sonic-sweep electric toothbrushes for private-label brands, pharmacy chains and corporate-gift programmes. We build the motor, the drive train and the finished product under one roof — so MOQ, tooling and unit cost are ours to move, not a supplier's to pass on.

Sourcing an electric toothbrush is not shopping. It is screening a supplier. So this site is structured as five gates — each one answers a question you are already holding when you land here.
A registered Shenzhen entity with its own plant in Dongguan, its own tooling and its own test benches — every machine shown on this site is ours.
We design and wind our own micro motors, so handle geometry, drive train, mode logic and intensity curve are all things we can change — not things we have to ask someone else for.
Certificates, test reports, HS codes, carton data and MOQ tiers are laid out in full, with the documents we actually hold published as scanned copies you can verify.
Corporate-gift runs of a few hundred pieces and private-label programmes of tens of thousands are different products with different packaging. We quote them differently.
Ten QC gates per batch — charging ageing, noise, motor ageing, insertion-life, waterproofing, finished-goods ageing — each logged on a bench, with photographs you can audit.
One core product, engineered deeply — plus the consumables that make it a recurring revenue line for your brand.

Three brushing modes, three intensity levels each, IPX7 body, USB-C, two-minute timer. Our main OEM platform, in four stock colours and any Pantone you need.

Registered under trademark class 21. Soft and medium filament, round or diamond profile, blister, box or bulk — the recurring order behind every handle you sell.

Second personal-care line from the same motor platform: brushless high-speed motor, negative-ion outlet, constant-temperature control, two concentrator nozzles.

The business we started with: micro motors and lock hardware for smart-home, security and consumer-electronics customers.
The same handle becomes a different product depending on the box it arrives in.
A finished, wrapped gift set with your company mark. Short runs, fast turnaround, used for annual events, client appreciation and staff benefits.
A retail-grade gift box with your logo on the handle as well as the sleeve, built for co-branded launches, bank reward programmes and loyalty catalogues.
Gift buyers tend to over-specify the electronics and under-specify the box. In the corporate channel, the unboxing sequence sets perceived value far more than an extra brushing mode does — and it costs less to change.
Every unit passes through charging ageing and function test. Every batch is sampled for noise, insertion life and waterproofing. Here is the equipment, photographed as it runs.

Handles are assembled and charged on a single line. Each operator works one station, and work-in-progress is photographed at the end of every shift.

Every finished handle goes onto the charging-ageing racks, so a cell or charging fault shows up here rather than in a customer's bathroom.

A sound-insulated room, tested against a ≤45 dB ambient baseline. The sample is measured at 10 cm on the main axis; the criterion is an even, harmonic sound with no abnormal or intermittent noise.

Continuous running for 200 hours minimum, through warm-up and cool-down cycles, with temperature and humidity logged and stable current and voltage recorded at fixed intervals.

Switch actuation tested to 10,000 cycles, brush-head and Type-C plug tested to 5,000 cycles, all at 1.0–2.0 kgf. The product must remain fully functional and the click-feel unchanged.

Electrical strength, insulation, inter-turn short circuit, resistance, inductance and electrical balance are measured on every stator before it enters assembly.
Business licence, three registered trademarks and a granted utility-model patent. Each one is published as a scan — check the numbers yourself.

Five short clips from the Dongguan plant: motor assembly, the conveyor, the workshop floor and the automation cells.
Our compliance and packaging work is shaped by the six markets that generate most of the demand for Chinese-made electric toothbrushes.
Localised landing pages are live in German, French and Russian; Spanish, Italian, Polish, Arabic, Indonesian, Vietnamese and Thai follow in scheduled batches.
What we have learned answering buyer questions about certifications, cost structure, drive systems and shipping paperwork.

Most private-label failures are not manufacturing problems. They are things nobody owned: a trademark, a WEEE number, a label field. Here is where the lines run.

Most sourcing disasters in this category are not bad products. They are a buyer spending three weeks negotiating with a company that could never have made the product. Ten checks, one document each.

Why the per-unit price falls as quantity rises, which costs are genuinely one-off, and how to size a first order so the third one is cheaper.
Jinsifang is a contract manufacturer. Our own mark competes with nobody: the toothbrush programme exists to carry other people's brands.
